Dr. Jérôme Jaquier is an international lawyer with a legal practice of over 15 years, including 6 spent in China. He has been involved in many corporate finance and M&A tech-deals in Switzerland and abroad. Along his corporate expertise, he is member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of several Companies & Foundation.
Jérôme graduated with a PhD in Law from the University of Lausanne and is admitted to the Swiss bar.
He is a Swiss national fluent in French, English, Italian, German and spoken Mandarin.
